Welcome to Mediquip Medical Supplies LTD. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our website (the “Site”) or placed through our sales team and govern your use of our services and products. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you’re unsure of any of the following, please get in touch before placing an order.
About Us
Mediquip Medical Supplies Ltd is a UK-based supplier of medical products and devices. We are not a pharmacy or healthcare provider and do not offer medical advice or diagnosis. We supply products on a B2B and B2C basis. Our registered office is 40 Queens Road, Formby, L37 2HQ.
1. Medical Use Disclaimer
By purchasing from Mediquip Medical Supplies Ltd, you confirm that:

You understand that the products we supply, such as catheters, are for individuals managing a known medical condition under professional guidance.

2. Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses (including legal fees), or injuries (including death) to any person or damage to property arising from the use or misuse of the goods supplied, except where such death or injury is caused by our proven negligence.
You further agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your use or resale of the goods, and you shall promptly notify us of any such incident or claim.
3. Product Information

3. Eligibility to purchase, orders and payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
- No quotation or estimate given by us (the Company) gives rise to a binding contract unless an order is placed by you (the Customer) and accepted by us. Quotations or estimates are valid for 30 days. The price of the goods is our quoted price, or if not quoted, that shown on our current price list. Prices do not include insurance. Delivery charges are dependant on order value and service requirements.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

We are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as couriers or customs.

If we are unable to complete the order due to shortage of stock, we will email you to notify you and advise when we expect to be able to dispatch your order. Normally orders are sent by the mthod selected at check out. Large orders may be sent by second class mail or appropriate carrier. The days referred to do not include Saturdays and Sundays or Bank Holidays.

The goods will remain our property until all monies owing to us have been paid in full. The risk in the goods shall pass to you on despatch from our premises.

You will have deemed to have accepted the goods unless written notice of rejection is received by us within 7 days of delivery. Shortages or non-delivery of goods must be notified to us within 7 days of the due delivery date.
- We will not be responsible for any loss of business or profit or for any consequential loss howsoever arising including delay in or failure to deliver the goods.
5. Returns
Mediquip is committed to providing customers with products which perform according to the manufacturers specifications.
Items, with exceptions noted below, may be returned for a refund, as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt, are unused and are in their original and undamaged packaging. Sale items may not be returned unless defective. The full value of any returned non-defective items will be refunded. No returns are accepted after 15 days.
Authorisation for returns should be obtained from Mediquip by email info@mediquip.co.uk
Exceptions:
Sterile items may not be returned if the seal or packaging is broken.
Items cut or altered specifically for the customer may not be returned.
Defective Items:
Damaged and defective merchandise should be returned for a full refund including any delivery costs, but must be reported within 7 days.
Mistakes made by Mediquip with regard to orders will be corrected by Mediquip at no additional cost to the customer.
Return Shipping
All items must be shipped at the reasonably cheapest rate. e.g. Second Class Royal Mail.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available for all orders over £50 in the UK. To redeem, simply add over £50 worth of goods to your basket and select the free shipping option when you check out. This offer applies to UK addresses, excluding Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of White.
If any provision of this contract is deemed by the parties to be illegal or unenforceable under any applicable law of, if any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction in a final decision so determines this contract shall continue in force without such provision with effect from the date of such decision or such date as the parties agree.
These conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court, however proceedings may be brought in the courts of other jurisdictions for the purposes of enforcement of a judgement or order of an English Court.
