Placing Your Mediquip Order

Ordering from our Mediquip website is quick and easy. Simply add your products to the cart as you shop and then select your cart in the top right of the screen when you’re ready to checkout. We use Paypal, allowing you to either login and use your pre-saved details or checkout as a guest. We accept all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Discreet Mediquip Packaging

We appreciate that it’s important to remain discreet when delivering medical items to private households. We always use plain packaging that gives no indication to the contents of the parcel. In addition, we also leave the company name off the return address.

Fast Delivery

We aim to despatch orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same working day. We also aim to despatch orders placed before 10:30am on Saturdays on the same day, although Saturday despatch is not guaranteed.

Most other orders are despatched within 1 working day.

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Larger orders may be sent using an alternative Royal Mail service or another appropriate carrier. Bank Holidays are not treated as working days.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is available for all orders over £50 in the UK. To redeem, simply add over £50 worth of goods to your basket and select the free shipping option when you check out. This will then be posted second class to your selected UK shipping address.
