Placing Your Mediquip Order

Ordering from our Mediquip website is quick and easy. Simply add your products to the cart as you shop and then select your cart in the top right of the screen when you’re ready to checkout. We use Paypal, allowing you to either login and use your pre-saved details or checkout as a guest. We accept all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Discreet Mediquip Packaging

We appreciate that it’s important to remain discreet when delivering medical items to private households. We always use plain packaging that gives no indication to the contents of the parcel. In addition, we also leave off the return address so that your package cannot be traced back to our company without being opened.

Fast Delivery

We aim to despatch all Mediquip orders within 48 hours. Orders are sent by first class post Royal Mail. Large orders may be sent by second class mail or appropriate carrier. The days referred to do not include Saturdays and Sundays or Bank Holidays. All our prices are in pounds sterling and include any taxes. The credit card companies will convert to the appropriate currency at the rate ruling on the date of the conversion. Free Delivery

Free delivery is available for all orders over £50 in the UK. To redeem, simply add over £50 worth of goods to your basket and select the free shipping option when you check out. This will then be posted second class to your selected UK shipping address.
