BD Micro-Fine+ 0.5ml insulin syringes with needles are designed for U100 insulin use and feature a fixed 29G x 12.7mm needle.

The 0.5ml capacity provides 50-unit measurement, making this version suitable for customers who require smaller-dose insulin syringes compared with the 1ml / 100-unit version.

Unlike the standard 324824 range, each syringe is individually sealed in a sterile blister pack. This makes 324892 particularly suitable where individually wrapped single-use syringes are required for hygiene, storage, care settings or clinical use.
