Foley Catheters for Urinary Catheterisation

Foley catheters are indwelling urinary catheters designed to remain in the bladder for a period of time. They are inserted through the urethra and retained by an inflatable balloon, which distinguishes them from intermittent catheters that are removed after use.

Mediquip stocks a selection of male and female Foley catheters, including products from Bard, Rüsch and Pennine Healthcare, including the Camstent BACTERIA-PHOBIC® coated Foley catheter range.

Latex and Silicone Foley Catheters

Our Foley catheter range includes both latex and silicone options. Latex Foley catheters provide a traditional option for urinary catheterisation, while 100% silicone Foley catheters offer a latex-free alternative.

The range includes Rüsch AquaFlate and AquaFlate Brilliant catheters, Bard Foley and Lubri-Sil/Aquafil products, and Camstent silicone Foley catheters. Always check the individual product specification for material, catheter size, balloon capacity and intended use before ordering.

Foley Catheter Sizes

Foley catheters are available in a range of French Gauge (FG/CH) sizes. The sizes available vary by product, with several of our ranges covering commonly used adult catheter sizes.

Male and Female Foley Catheters

Our range includes standard-length Foley catheters and shorter female Foley catheters. Product titles and specifications identify the catheter length and intended configuration where applicable.
